Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are issued.
2. SaaS subscriptions
- 7-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- After 7 days: Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
- Annual plans: Refundable within 14 days of initial purchase on a pro-rated basis.
3. Digital download products
- Within 14 days, if unused: Refundable if the product has not been downloaded or accessed.
- If downloaded: Generally non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods, except in cases described in Section 4.
4. Always refunded
Regardless of the above, we will issue a full refund if:
- The product is defective or does not function as described, and we cannot resolve the issue.
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount).
- Required by applicable consumer protection law.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@quietloops.net with:
- The email address used at purchase
- Order ID or receipt
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 24 hours on business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your card issuer).
6. Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than your bank. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
